    Serenatas Directo prides itself in providing experienced and professional musicians to entertain you and your guests with mariachi, trio and romantic spanish music for your party, event or special occasion. While we are privileged to count on our own “Trio Estrellas de Oro” and Mariachi Band “Voces de Mexico San Jose CA” exclusively, we also count on a number of other Mariachi bands, trios and individual musicians to meet your needs.  Whether you are looking for a Mariachi Band, Trio or Soloist, you have come to the right place.  

    Booking your live performance is easy and convenient.  We accept credit cards, cash or checks.  Simply pay a small deposit now to reserve our services on the date and time of your preference and then pay the remaining balance after our performance.

     NOTE:  Deposits are non-refundable and once your deposit is received you are committing to pay the remainder of your balance on the date in which you scheduled your event regardless of a cancellation or re-schedule. Reschedules must be approved by Serenatas Directo prior to your original scheduled event.  Serenatas Directo reserves the right to decline a request for reschedule at their discretion in which case the balance remaining would need to be paid to us as previously agreed upon by no later than the original event date given at time of deposit.

    Advance notice of 3 days required for all live performances booked online and are accepted on a first come first served availability basis.  In the event that we are fully booked during your requested time we will contact you to see if another time will work for you or provide you a full refund of the payments you made. Should you require service sooner please call us to check availability.  In most cases we can accommodate you.

Serenades over the phone service requires payment in full at time of booking.  Phone numbers outside of the United States of America must contain applicable international codes as well as country and city codes.  Phone numbers provided to states within the US must include applicable area codes.  Phone serenades are delivered at the time and date that you request the service to be delivered give or take a one hour window using United States Pacific Standard time.  We make every effort to reach the recipient.  However, after three non-successful attempts your service will be considered delivered and there will be no refunds given. Therefore it is important that you schedule your serenade at a time and day that you are certain the recipient can be reached.
